1. Vehicle Rental Policies

• Driver Requirements: All riders/drivers must present a valid physical Driver’s License and a government-issued photo ID (Citizenship Card or Passport) prior to vehicle key handover.

• Security Deposit & Verification: A refundable security deposit or valid identity document retention is required upon vehicle collection.

• Fuel & Mileage: Vehicles are provided with a baseline level of fuel and must be returned with an equivalent amount. Unlimited local mileage applies within approved Pokhara and surrounding valley limits.

• Vehicle Damage & Liability: The renter assumes full financial responsibility for any physical damage, flat tires, or mechanical issues caused by improper operation, off-road misuse, or accidents during the rental period.

• Prohibited Operations: Off-roading into restricted high-altitude trekking trails (beyond standard road routes) or sub-leasing the vehicle to third parties is strictly prohibited.

2. Guided Trek & Adventure Policies

• Safety & Trail Authority: For all guided tours and treks, the lead guide holds final authority on route alterations, pace, and safety decisions based on real-time weather or trail conditions.

• Health & Fitness: Participants are responsible for informing the guide of any pre-existing medical conditions, severe allergies, or physical limits before setting out.

• Gear Responsibility: Personal gear provided for guided trips must be treated with care; lost or intentionally damaged equipment will incur replacement charges.

• Permits & Documentation: Guests must provide necessary identity details in advance to process required trekking permits (e.g., ACAP/TIMS where applicable).

3. Payment, Cancellation & Returns

• Booking Deposit: A 20% advance payment is required to lock in vehicle reservations or custom guide bookings.

• Cancellation Notice: Free cancellation up to 48 hours prior to start time. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the advance deposit.

• Late Returns (Vehicles): Grace period is 30 minutes. Returns exceeding 1 hour beyond agreed drop-off time incur an hourly surcharge.
